Start of the process

After passing the check, the formal process of participation in the investment program begins.

We jointly determine the most suitable type of investment considering the client’s goals, budget, and timelines.

Next, a cooperation agreement is signed and the service fee is paid.

At this stage, we provide detailed consultation on all aspects of the procedure, tailor an individual plan, and ensure full transparency at every step.

Preparation of a personal document package

Our legal team compiles a list of documents required to participate in the program.

We take full responsibility for coordinating the collection and preparation of documents, including personal, financial, and family information.

These may include identity documents, civil status documents, bank statements, tax reports, proof of income sources, and other materials.

We assist the client throughout the entire stage to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the submitted information.

Making investments and submitting the application

After document preparation, the client makes an investment in the chosen form — whether it is a contribution to share capital, real estate purchase, or another option provided by law.

At the same time, a full package of documents is submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OCMA).

It is also necessary to provide proof of sufficient financial means to live in Latvia without the need for employment.

At this stage, the client visits Latvia in person to provide biometric data.

Obtaining the residence permit

After review and approval of the application, the investor must arrive in Latvia within 90 days to register the residence card (ID card) and pay the state fee.

The card is issued for 5 years; however, annual renewal is required to maintain it.

This includes personally visiting Latvia once a year, as well as re-submitting biometric data.
